Hi #####,

I would love to hear your testimony. My email is charlesslagle@webtv.net. Would you send me a copy? ***** seems to think that demonstrating that our Good Father is TOTALLY and unquestionably, reliable, just and lovable is not "evangelistic" for some reason... :-)

He prefers Calvinism's glad tiding that says, in a nutshell: "Come surrender to jesus and love and worship and trust him with all of your being! He has forordained to burn most people alive forever--probably most of your loved ones included. But you can count on him to not do that to YOU--if--it turns out that you're TRULY in the elect and you thus persevere in loving and trusting and obeying Him until you die."

Yep. That's Calvinism's message in a nutshell--bottom line. I'm astonished that folks imagine that these glad tidings will foster "true discipleship"--far less authentic LOVE, TRUST AND WORSHIP, aren't you? (Sheeeesh! Lord forgive them, for they know not what they do!)
