Just a friendly reminder...It's not those who say "Lord, Lord" that will enter the Kingdom. ("Heaven" according to Arminianism's glad tidings for a small few--who HOPE to out-perform most of the human race.) It's those who--DO--the will of the Father. Why do you call me Lord (saith Jesus) and do not DO what I command? Are you examining your own fruits before you examine those of others? Are you doing it joyfully and daily--with a right heart attitude? You are the one who MUST rigorously focus on YOUR conduct. For faith without works is dead. Are you confessing Jesus as Lord--enough?Walk softly! He plans to get rid of most people. Don't forget that he has "foreordained" that the fallen powers of evil will exert FAR MORE EFFECTIVE influence in the world that will the Holy Spirit. However, we unies don't buy into that nonsense. So we can just enjoy focusing on enjoying our relationship with the Lord and hearing and following his small, still voice. And if--somehow--we do miss the boat and wind up being "last" instead of "first" we rejoice that our Lord IS the "First and the Last." And so "last" does NOT mean "never." For Jesus Christ is the same Anointed Deliverer yesterday, today, and eonien. (All ages in which an Anointed Deliverer is needed.)
Therefore our motivation is purely love and deep reverence for the Lord. It is you guys that ALSO need to stay on track with your...
